02. Overview
A SYMBOL OF CLEAR INTENT.
Eagle’s Gaze turns a familiar symbol into a focused portrait of resolve. The bird’s eye leads the composition, while layered feathers, storm clouds, and a restrained color accent give the piece its atmosphere. It is direct without being obvious — a statement designed around conviction, patience, and the strength to keep looking forward.
03. Process
SHAPING CHARACTER THROUGH CONTRAST.
Our first drawings explored the relationship between the eagle’s profile and the natural curve of the upper arm. From there, the image was built in confident stages: an expressive outline, a clear hierarchy of feathers, and controlled shading to maintain the intensity of the gaze. Three sessions gave the composition time to settle, leaving a piece that feels both immediate and deeply considered.
